The Dunhill ad would make useful comparison as a man's product and it has a lot to offer in terms of Britishness, glamour, city sophistication, tradition and traditional roles, rich mis-en-scene. Brad Pitt disappointed a lot of people as his ad was so understated that very little happens, but this does fit with the anti-establishment representation connotations of the casual shirt, rumpled cloth, lack of tie, hands in pockets, long hair.
